“In June 2020 Payroll Compliance Ltd appointed Jayne at Duchess HR to help recruit a new Payroll Administrator. Jayne made the process very simple, all she required from us was a job specification, that, after discussion, she tweaked to get the optimum from the advert. Given the nature of the job role Jayne, suggested we asked applicants to complete a couple of tests before submitting their CVs.
